Gabriel is turning what??? Three years old...it just doesn't seem possible! In order to celebrate it Gabe style, we had to have a Monster Truck Birthday!!! We knew Grave Digger had to be the center piece so the rest just sort of evolved into what you see here! It isn't one of my best cakes but it was definitely one of the most fun to build! I learned a lot about "making" flames and I will have to give them another shot on a cake in the future...but over all, it turned out ok. And...let's face it...a three year old noticing mistakes? I think not! He LOVED it! I may have gotten a few points toward mother of the year! Happy Birthday Gabriel! I love you tons and lots!!!
